How do you blow off steam?


HOW NOT to Blow Off Steam:

Yell at others, or otherwise blame them for your own unhappiness.

Drink too much liquor and/or smoke too much…OR drive too fast or badly, especially at night or when you’ve been doing any of the above mentioned!

Sleep too much or attempt to consume your anger or unhappiness in say 3 to 4,000 calories/day!

Put holes in your wall or otherwise destroy your own home!

GOOD Ways to Blow Off STEAM:

Walking, running, dancing, or some other sort of exercise.

Listen to the music you like as loudly as needed.

Smash or break something you were going to throw away anyway!

Gardening and landscaping.

And, of course, writing a blog, or two or three…
